Prus Construction and its subcontractors works & will continue installation over the next several weeks to install the new permanent sheet pile wall at the Ohio River along Front Street. Following installation of the sheet piling wall will be backfilled, and tieback anchor work will begin as the sheeting gets close to completion. This heavy civil infrastructure work is a slow and steady process to get installed.
Additionally, construction crews will soon start installing underground utilities within the Front Street corridor, including sanitary and stormwater system improvements.
