324 Quarry Street, Completed by 12/25/2025
215 Congress Street, Completed by 12/8/2025
512 Center Street, Completed by 12/8/2025
The properties located at 702 and 706 Front Street (next to Plum Street Park) are expected to be demolished by Spring 2026.
All property owners are expected to maintain their properties before and after demolition. The Village of New Richmond manages the application submittal for each of these properties and works directly with Clermont County who schedules the demolition date, hires the contractors, and funds the projects.
